Diwali, the Festival of Lights, was celebrated with great pomp and show by the India Association of Central Connecticut in October 2023. Our annual “Dhamekadar Diwali” event featured spectacular fireworks, traditional dance performances, and a grand feast of Indian delicacies. The event drew a large crowd, including members of the local community, and was a resounding success, showcasing the rich cultural tapestry of our community.
